At ZAWI, we are dedicated to empowering Zambian Adventist women through a variety of targeted programs and initiatives. Our women’s empowerment  focuses on developing and implementing programs that provide support, resources, and opportunities for women to thrive, both in Zambia and abroad.

Skill Development Programs
We offer a range of skill development programs designed to enhance the personal and professional capabilities of women. These programs include vocational training, leadership workshops, and entrepreneurial courses that equip women with the tools they need to succeed in their careers and personal endeavors.

Educational Support
Education is a cornerstone of empowerment. Through scholarships, tutoring, and access to educational resources, we help women achieve their academic goals. Our support extends to higher education, professional certifications, and continuing education opportunities, ensuring that women have the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue their dreams.

Mentorship and Networking
Connecting with mentors and building a strong network is vital for personal and professional growth. Our mentorship programs pair experienced women with those seeking guidance and support. Additionally, we organize networking events that foster connections, share experiences, and promote mutual growth and development.

Health and Wellness Initiatives
We believe that empowerment includes physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our health and wellness initiatives provide women with access to resources, workshops, and support groups focused on holistic health. These initiatives cover topics such as nutrition, mental health, fitness, and self-care, promoting a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Economic Empowerment
Financial independence is a key aspect of empowerment. Our economic empowerment programs include financial literacy workshops, savings and investment groups, and small business support. These programs are designed to help women manage their finances effectively, start and grow their businesses, and achieve economic stability.
